Always an issue with something

<p> I live literally across the road from this particular kfc in Bedford Centre and frequent often. However, eversince it has opened there have been nothing but issues with it! <br />Firstly, the ice cream machine is constantly on the blink - it is understandable over the hot summer months but over Winter?!?!<br />Secondly, the credit card machines never work. It has been unfortunate that the last 4 times I have visited KFC, the machine is out of order. <br />Thirdly, the staff are poorly trained to deal with customers on a professional level and service delivery is shocking not to mention conducted in a very rude manner - especially with the young ladies running the drive through.<br />Fourthly, there have been times where there is no fresh chicken at 11am in the morning and customers are being served old chicken that tastes dreadful.<br />Fithly, getting orders wrong (especially at the drive through) is the norm. People are seen collecting their orders only to have to come into the store to question there order.<br /><br />It seems to me that whomever owns this particular branch has absolutely no interest in customer service and shold quite honestly close the place down or find someone else who knows how to run it.<br /><br /> <br /><br /></p>
