Ok So I've been living in Herm**** 4 years now. And service at the ENGEN garage's KFC is absolutely ridiculous!! EVERYTIME - not once or twice - We go there something goes wrong. There is very slow service - A lady once waited 30minutes for an ice cream LITERALLY!!!. Every time you wait ages , and they sloooowwwwlllyyyyyy move behind the counter and inside the kitchen (as you can see this from the front) All the people waiting get furious, not this the staff mind for this. We also asked for certain chicken pieces one day - and was smirked at. The list goes on and on - Orders being wrong also - I've become so fed-up , we don't buy there anymore....
