Almost for forgot i even ordered food

On the Saturday of 25th july me and my girlfriend ordered food over the phone to be delivered to our address and since we just had loadshedding we understood that it would take slightly longer then ussaul but th lady assured us that it would take 45 minutes to get our order to us. We placed a order of Dunked Wings (which she disregarded and gave us Zinger Wings) and 2 Snackboxes. We then waited for more then 2 and half hours on our order to be delivered and when i called to find out when our food was to be delivered i was told it was on it was and the driver was outside my gate but then to later find out it was for someone else and i was told it would arrive but i called and now was told that to be patient after an hour and having passed out i was called by the driver and he then asked for my directions whilst talking to him his airtime finished i had to then call him back with my airtime and just to get my food, after arriving i found that my food was freezing cold and i didnt have my dunked wings this lead to my partner not eating because she was sleepy and now very edgy and so went away our night.
