Almost a month waiting for a refund.

Placed an order online, order was accepted by the store, then the money was reversed by KFC, I assume because it was raining and there was no one to deliver the order. When the weather cleared, I put the order through again, I was charged for the items, but the app said it was unsuccessful, the store canceled my order, but the money was not reversed.

Told to wait 10-14 days for a refund, this ocurred on the 10th of July. When I phone customer services, all they say is that they're waiting to hear from their finance department and cannot action anything on their side. Very disappointing service, as there's no one else that this complaint can be escalated to.
