all star box

Yesterday I purchased an all start meal and when I got to the office the chips was like rubber, the meal came with two zinger wings and it was not in the box , the chicken was raw and wet , ****** almost . I emailed them ,they wanted more information that I have provided them with and at the end of my day no response from them.
