All round POOR delivery service KFC

Placed a order for delivery, tracked my order as I always do. To my surprise my order says delivered and as Im at my door waiting patiently for the driver, he does not arrive yet the app reflects delivered. I then wait a little, thinking it was technical difficulties. Got tired of waiting then proceeded to call the KFC customer service, explained my situation to a lady called Dineo and was told that I would receive a voucher via SMS to reorder, yet nothing has been received. Left frustrated and hungry and disheartened as Im not reimbursed and will now never order KFC ever again!
