All Outlets should have a man like this
I went through the drive through about an hour ago. Ordered streetwise three and and wicked zinger box meal. Got home and no cool-drink and no mash and gravy in my box meal. The cool-drink i can live without but not my M&G. Drove back to the branch and was pretty much unhappy. Asked for the manager and D'Andro came forward to receive my dissatisfaction. I then insisted on up-sizing my drink and my M&G for my inconvenience. And with no grunt or argument he rep**** \No issues
