"All in one Feast" was more like a non-feast. Terrible waste of money at KFC😡

On Saturday 5 September I visited the newly opened KFC in Goedehoop Street Jeffreys Bay. I was hoping that the food and service would be better than what I experienced at the branch in Da Gama Road. I was at KFC Goedehoop Street the previous Monday and ordered a 9 piece with regular chips. The chicken wasn't bad at all and quite fresh except the fact that the regular chips was miniscule. This time on 5 September, I ordered the "All in One Feast" and to my disappointment the meal was cold when I collected it. I was already unimpressed with the combination since I cannot stand the mash and gravy from KFC but opening the box and finding 2 small thighs, a leg, one unrecognizable dry piece and 2 small, shrunk wings absolutely infuriated me. I actually regret not opening the meal at the store because I would've returned it on the spot. I logged a complaint and a representative from KFC was supposed to contact me but it never happened. KFC definitely lost a customer and I gave them plenty of chances. I'm afraid that the new KFC store in Goedehoop Street will be a failure if they continue serving that calibre of food. I feel that I thrown R169 in the water.
