Alexandra Pan Africa Mall KFC needs to be reviewed as a matter of urgency

This is not the original taste and that tradition KFC smell...you know that scent that calls you from afar and you just cannot resist it...the one that sinks deeply through your nostrils and your mouth starts palpitating with moist from self imaginary taste of KFC.

The recipe isn’t the same, they are selling us second grade not complying with KFC standards franchise regulations thinking we are just naive people from Alex and won’t notice anything. Thinking that we will just eat the rot without noticing anything because we are so poor and hungry. Assuming that we are so blind and preoccupied consumed with hunger and we will just be thankful we can eat... because we are so filthy and unhealthy thus we deserve to be treated like the trash that’s floating in our streets. Assuming that we are just as good as refugees in camps we don’t belong in this country thus we are not equally protected by the same human rights commission and consumer protection acts and all related ombudsman as they they do.

God I’m so angry cos whenever I buy from other KFC outlets located around our surrounding suburbs I buy the taste and satisfaction that I know KFC to be about and I come home I’m treated with so much disrespect...?

I urge KFC frachise board and it’s CEO and all its SLT to treat this as a matter of urgency and urgently intervene. We are tired to be treated as if we brought everything that’s going on in our lives onto ourselves. The very same people who are supposed to be protecting us are the same people who have forsaken us? what have we done... Doug Smart where are you when we need you the most... beg you yourself will not enjoy the distasteful deep fried chicken that comes out of the said outlet in question cos it simply tastes nothing like the other original finger licking good chicken ?♀️
