Advertising specials only for delivery on items that can't be delivered.

I went onto the KFC app as I was considering getting my family KFC for dinner tonight and saw that there were 2 items on special today. I wanted to purchase both so clicked on the button to add it to my cart. It told me that the specials were only available for delivery which is fine so I selected delivery and then it suddenly stated that the items are not available for delivery.

I tried the other special and it did exactly the same.

I tried to contact their online contact form to report the matter but it also won't allow me to submit my message.

So is this just false advertising or what?
