Advertising products which aren't available.

We've been to both KFCs in Kuilsriver (Soneike and Riverpark) wanting to order Krushers for the past 3 weeks and none were available. It is extremely frustrating to stand in the drive through for 20 minutes waiting (as there is no other place to exit with cars lining up behind you) on nothing because they did not have stock. It is simply good manners to let your customers know that you're out of stock as there were no posters to state this. I expected better service from KFC and won't be going there again. #UpsetCustomer
