Acorn park new KFC disgusting

We bought food from KFC acorn park on our way home back to polokwane, at the drive thru firstly we were not greeted, then they couldn't understand our order, then when they got our right and we paid we waited 9 minutes in the line when we got to the window our food was still not packed and we waited when we got our order it was wrong they fixed it and we left so we can get going. We started eating and saw our food was ice cold, old and disgusting, worst service and food ever
