Account suspended????

I eat at Kfc on daily basis sometimes just for a coffee. I noticed they ran a sms competition where the grand prize could be R100 000. So i decided to enter by on regular basis sms my code in. Well i had collected a few of my slips and a few friends who i encouraged to by kfc gave me their slips and i decided to sms them. My "account" was suspended. I had 7 entries in..why would Kfc do this? Do i loose my entries? If so i wont be returning to Kfc.
