Acceptable customer service

On 30 January, I place an online delivery order with KFC online, delivery was to come from the Woodstock KFC. When the delivery didn't arrive at the informed time, I called KFC Woodstock who said the driver just collected it and I would receive it soon. I patiently waited, as it should only take max 5 min to get to me. Long story short, I never received my food up to today, nor my refund. I made numerous calls to both KFC Woodstock and KFC customer service. Each of which keep saying that they are investigating and will get back to me.
