Abuse of a homeless person at KFC Jeffreys Bay

-10 stars !!! I recently had a disgusting experience at the KFC in Jeffreys Bay. This incident had nothing to do with the food or service, but rather how employees treated a homeless individual who was standing at the collection window. I will never support or purchase any chicken from this particular KFC location, no matter how many upgrades are done to this premises to make it look nice. It was distressing to witness a much younger KFC staff physically attack an unfortunate older homeless gentleman. While I understand that he begs and approaches motorists at the collection window being a nuisance, the mistreatment he received from KFC employees was far worse and upsetting and completely unacceptable. The poor man was initially thrown with ice to drive him away like an animal, then a staff member called him over then exiting from the front door of this KFC and physically assaulted him outside the restaurant. The employee slapped him and even used the homeless person's cap that fell to the ground due to being initially being hit and continued to hit him repeatedly with it. This assault continued out of site I assume and after we received our order and left the premises we saw the homeless person lying on the ground on the sidewalk being assaulted by the younger KFC staff member. Regardless of someone's social or mental status, NO one deserves to be treated in such a manner. I want to make it clear that I will never support the KFC in Jeffreys Bay, or any other KFC location for that matter. I understand that my individual R100 contribution may not have a significant impact on KFC South Africa's sales, but I find the mistreatment of another human being, regardless of who they are, to be absolutely disgraceful and disgusting. This incident has deeply affected me and I am unable to even consider consuming another piece of chicken from KFC without thinking of this scene. I must express my disappointment and shame towards the staff members of KFC Jeffreys Bay for their actions. Shame on you indeed staff members of KFC Jeffreys Bay!!
