ABSOLUTELY UNEXEPTABLE
TODAY at 14:00! KFC Gift Acres Lynnwood PTA EAST. Getting a meal there (drive through) and the lady says to me that she rung up the order wrong and will it be okay if the cold drink that is actually R5, I'll pay R10? Asked her if she wants me to pay R5 extra for free? Answer: YES. Then said to her call your manager and fix your mistake. Then she says to me sorry, it's a day light *******!!!!!! #FeelingSoConfused #WTH
Also not to mention all the raw food being served, numerous times not all the ingredients on food AND going home only to see that half of your order is not in the bag. Also that 20min wait for your food in the parking lot is not exeptable.
