Absolutely pathetic!

I ordered a streetwise 3 and a sprinkle pops. After 45 minutes of waiting, along with two other people also waiting for an unacceptable amount of time, I decided to refund our orders. Apart from waiting this long, I can't understand the logic of this KFC. How can you not have a streetwise 1 and 2 in stock but have a streetwise 3 available? I am very upset with the service of this KFC. This is absolutely pathetic!
