Absolutely disgusting service from Athlone cape town KFC cashier Siphokazi

I visit Athlone KFC today about to 12. We went thru the drive thru. The cashier Siphozaki the rudest cashier I met. I placed a order then proceeded to request for a second order she tells me why am I placing a second order and I must make fast as they on a timer. I used the ucount card for second purchase but I wasn't sure if it's cheque or saving and she literally got upset with me saying how can I not know. Excuse me! Who the hell does she think she is talking To!? Her friends??? You can not put someone that deals with customers as a cashier if she doesn't know how to deal with customers. I don't know who came up with this timer bull but your workers are now rushing customers. What kind of customer service is This! I requested to speak to the manager and once again I was told about a timer and I must go stand somewhere else! The dumbiest thing I ever and I mean EVER heard of. This girl owes me an apology cause I could of gone any where but I choose to buy food at this store which helps pay her salary. Disgusting people you employee. I want feedback on this and she needs to AT LEAST get a warning. How do you work with customers and don't know how to speak with them? Please explain that to me! And take her away as a cashier she don't deserve to sit there.
