Absolutely disgusting - KFC Cape Gate, Life Style Center

Absolutely disgusting !! KFC Cape Gate, Life Style Center. I ordered a ALL STAR BOX WITH BUDDY DRINK and WRAPSTA BOX WITH A BUDDY BOTTLE and ordered 2 mash on the side. We ordered both Zinger, as we like hot stuff. Got my order, checked before we left, all looked liked what we ordered. What a disappointment. The 2 box meals we took, was cold, everything was cold. The WRAPSTA, the wrap that was in there was so small and dismantled that i had to assemble everything together again. The ALL STAR box, the burger was as small as a kids meal burger. The chicken was dripping, and i mean dripping with oil. The chips was old, cold and hard. I want to know why does KFC shop to KFC shop differs? Not all shops is that bad.

Something needs to be done about this.
