absolutely disgusted in KFC

On Friday the 5th of July I ordered via Uber ears from KFC near Sydenham heights in Sydenham... I have previously done this and always use Uber eats. Unfortunately I was completely disgusted by this time. I placed an order at around 4:30 for two zinger burger meals and one streetwise one, paid on Uber eats using my card. Initially the app advised the food would be here at 4:55 which I was okay with,. A few minutes later the app ETA changed to 5:05 still I was okay cause I understand delays. A few minutes passed and the time changed to 5:15 this was starting to alarm me and annoy me because there would be noone home to collect the order. I then tried to call this branch and the lines were down. The app ETA changed again to 5:30 please at this time bare in mind it's been 1 entire hour since the order is was placed. Still the time changed again saying new eta 5:45 once again another lie because the food arrived at 6pm. Now if you can tell time this is 1 and a half hours for one meal... The driver gets here and my order is incorrect, bare in mind I have already paid! Approximately r175 and I get the wrong order... I got a streetwise one , ONE zinger burger MEAL, and one zinger burger only. Now after making me wait for so long I still get the wrong food..what kind of clown show are they running. Something needs to happen immediately as I am not happy with this KFC or uber eats
