Absolutely disgusted

As per trading hours posted on the store window store was supposed to be open until 11pm. The store manageress Amanda says they closed at 10pm. I had to call up the area manager Pradeep who says he called the store and they told him they closed at 11pm. Camera footage will prove what time the store has closed and also what time I arrived. This isn't the way to be conducting business especially such a huge franchise. They turned many customers away just because the Amanda says she didn't know trading hours is till 11pm therefore she closed the store at 10pm. I drove 15km to get here and waited for almost 30 minutes only for them to serve me a leftover Colonel Burger which was cold. Absolutely disgusted at the service received here at the mount edgecombe KFC
