Absolutely disgusted

I received multiple raw items in my order as well as one that was burnt to a crisp and ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. I logged a complaint on their website the next day as it was late when I got home. I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for someone to contact me with as much as an explanation. Every time I phone using my own airtime to follow up I’m told “I’m sorry I don’t know why they’re taking so long”. Absolutely disgusted by the quality of food I was given and the quality of service I have received. I tried going into the store to ask them and they said to contact through the website. If someone doesn’t call me today I will be looking into my legal course of action since my health was placed in danger thanks to your terrible response.
