ABSOLUTELY APPAULING

To say that I was dealing with the most nonchalant and *********** people would be a damn understatement. This is unfortunately the 3rd or 4th occurrence where I place an order for delivery from a store close by and they never deliver the order. KFC Thornton always complains and says its the drivers that Uber gives them but no one ever has the cognitive ability to actually tell me how they will ensure this will no happen again. Once again, Probably 2 X (Twitter) complaints down, 8 calls later, nothing has been done, no food delivered. NO ONE TAKING OWNERSHIP AND TELLING ME HOW THIS IS GOING TO BE SORTED.
