Absolutely appalling service

Please could kfc get back to me regarding KFC BRAKPAN

there are always items missing in your delivery but no refund is given on these items

I place an order 26/10/2022 on kfc online delivery with kfc brakpan at 18:32 i received a call at 19:43 saying the driver had waited 30 mins for my order and it was not prepared and had to go back again

is this the service kfc brakpan strives , they need to seriously get new management in
