Absolutely a disgrace for the KFC franchise

This is not the first not the second but the 100th time that we call for delivery and they dont answer the phone or just take the earpiece of the phone, when driving there to order the order is 9 out of 10 times wrong or the fries is cooked in old oil or the food is just cold and plain awfull!!! KFC Meyerton must get an attitude change or they will lose customers!!
