Absent SERVICE KFC PROMENADE 24 HOUR STORE

This morning i went to KFC 24 hour store outside the Promenade shopping centre. I entered and went to the counter to place my order and there was no one at the counter. I called out to the staff as i could see them behind the counter. I called upon them 5 times at least for service at the front desk. No answer or reply while i see them standing around talking at the back. I stood there for 10 minutes and no service. I was very hungry and wanted something to eat on my way to work but no sales service was available. Then i decided to leave when i got to the door the security guard who was watching me the whole time went to call them and tell them. I was forced to go to work hungry as no service was available at KFC promenade 24 hour store. I ask myself why i even bother to go there when im hungry. As that store has failed me many a times. I find myself questioning my faithfulnes to the brand which is KFC.
