Absence of excellence

I have been visiting KFC Elarduspark regularly over the last few years and about a year ago everything started going wrong. The wheels just started coming off. I still come there and they tell me no chicken or wait 10 minutes. More than 10 times no ice cream. I sent numerous messages to the facebook page but they dont reply anymore. Spoke to store manager, area manager...nothing changed. It seems that the value of excellence has made way for mediocrity and a no care attitude. I am done.
