Aai what's happening

Once again we waited so long in the drive through for our food this is not even the first or second time.....and when you do get your food looks like the chicken has been lying in oil and the crust is all soggy and wet even the burgers was dry and chips had black Mark's all over .....what's happening to KFC the Grove Nelspruit?
