A waste of time!!

When your favorite FF restaurant opens next to you, you get excited and happy that you won’t have to travel far for your food. But I feel the one in Jackal corner is so pointless.

We order food via the drive thru only to be told at the collection window that our food will take 30 minutes as there is no chicken.

Could the person taking our order by the first stop tell us that. What about our time? My husband has a release at work now but instead we’re stuck in a car waiting for food, if we were told earlier we could’ve gone to another FF joint in the shopping complex
