A stone hard burger KFC

I went to the KFC in Florida Gauteng at Cnr Goldman and Golf Club Terrace to purchase the All Star L/Box meal via drive thru

When I got to. My destination and was preparing to eat it. I noticed that the burger was as hard as a rock.

I am very disappointed by this and want KFC to do something about this. I might not be the only one this has happened to and I should be the last. This is not acceptable as I now have to eat something else because I am unable to return back to the same KFC...
