KFC Mulbarton is such a shame, sitting in a drive through for 40min with no way to leave. No apology, no explanation, just chaos... cold food, irratic portion sizes... As an esteemed brand, staffing and service is your core focus, both of which is lacking. Worst experience, this is the second time!! It's clearly your standard.
