A matter of choice

KFC refuses to add a substition of Mash and Gravy, instead of chips or pap, but they will allow a substitution of coleslaw, it is beyond me, the chips are tasteless and as for the pap I for one don't eat it, so why for the love if KFC do they not allow mash ans gravy as a subsitution
