90 minutes late delivery

KFC delivers food. OR NOT! 90 minutes after order was placed for food delivery no more than 2 km away from the closest franchise, kfc fails to deliver food. 3 calls were made to call centre to follow up on progress of delivery. First follow up the call centre agent fails to return with an awnser whereafter another call had to be made. This service was absolutely pathetic and after waiting 90 minutes and numerous calls our team was forced to cancel the order. I do not know how they expect people to pay for such poor delivery service!
