I placed an order with Kfc in December money was taken off my account and the food was never delivered . They said they would refund me in 7- 14 working days I was given a case number and after 5000 phone calls I have still not gotten my money back today its the 21st of January new year new month still no refund . Every time I call they keep taking my from pillar to post with no way forward Just call back and feedback promises but to date nothing . I want my money back I want my airtime back .kfc has hired ****mers and a bunch of *********** individuals to handle our food and money . they need to go back to school to learn how to count and do the job as they have failed and they are just continuing to **** us of our hard end money case number :***
