7 to 14 days refund for the orders KFC decided not to wanna deliver our meals

I just placed an order online for delivery, The order was confirmed to be delivered. They now sent me an SMS stating that the order has been cancelled because "they" don't have drivers available and the refund will be between 7 to 14 days. We are at work now and we hungry, If they indicated that they can't deliver we would have went and bought for ourselves or rather give us the option to collect the meals ourselves but they never gave us that option. To me this is just not right, not good customer service. Let the client's decide if they are willing to wait the 14 days or they can collect for themselves. Who ever came up with this idea doesn't really care about customers, it all business to them.
