I had a very disappointing experience with KFC Protea North.

A promise that was made to me was not honoured, and on top of that, my order was not even completed with everything I had paid for. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

It honestly leaves me feeling like this isn’t the first time something like this has happened. It gives the impression that this is something they are used to doing, which is very concerning.

R33 might not seem like a big amount to them, but it matters to me. We work very hard for our money, and being shorted on a meal or not receiving what was promised is simply wrong. It feels like customers are being taken advantage of.

This kind of service is unfair and misleading. People deserve to get exactly what they pay for, and experiences like this damage trust completely.

Very disappointed. I hope this gets addressed because customers should not be treated this way.
