I wrote a complaint about KFC in November last year and up until today I got no response. <br> I went to KFC opposite the phoenix plaza and purchased an 8 piece family treat. when I got home I realised my 8 piece family piece only had 5 pieces on chicken in there. and when I opened the coleslaw I noticed it had a funny smell. and nothing has been done about it. KFC customer services is pathetic.
