45 minutes wait for 2 boxmaster

Went to buy two boxmaster for my daughter and her friend, after ordering were told that we can wait for 8 min,after waiting for 20 minutes and checking with the cashier Rose, she told me to wait another 8 min.after the 8 minutes we were told its still not ready, i ask to speak to a manager who was standing at the back, but did not want to speak to me.When ask for my money back that was after 40 min, the cashier went to speak to the manager at the back and gave my money back. i still had a problem as my daughter wanted box master for supper so i had to return the money. After 45 min the order finally arrived with no smile no apology and with a look as if i was my fault.i just want find out if this the attitude of KFC nowadays as the lady who did not want to talk to me was wearing a name tag which said she is the Skills teacher or developer or something .
