45 Minutes for an ICE CREAM @KFC??? Pathetic!!!

I was KFC in V&A waterfront this past Saturday and the service I received was completely pathetic! I ordered an ice cream and ended up waiting 45 minutes before actually getting the ice cream... Sure there were a few customers (7) before me waiting as well but the way the staff conducted themselves, I am sure Colonel Sanders would be embarrassed! Three staff, one at the cash register (the manager btw), two responsible for making ice creams yet we waited 45 minutes from pay point. After the first 30 minutes of me waiting I asked the one lady (Aviwe/Apiwe) why its taking so long as the other lady disappeared. She then picked up a mop and started mopping instead of assisting. The second lady then came back and took her time to actually fill the ice cream tubs and then when I asked again what's happening, it was only then that the manager came, made my ice cream and dumped it on the table counter. The ice cream was messed all on the container (Crusher) and she didn't even bother to apologize.

I'm not a very fussy customer and I can understand if it is peak, but honestly waiting around for two people to assist who clearly do not care about the people waiting is pathetic and a bad light on the brand. And then having a manager who doesn't even bother to see to the delays or even apologise for it, that's poor management and disgusting.

As a manager myself, I can say it is those kinds of managers that shed a bad light on the management role.
