45 Minute chicken wait

On Saturday evening i went to KFC in Attlyn mall so i decided to use the drive through and i was told by Grace Selota mind you before she served me had a chit chat with a customer paying whilst i was made to wait for them to finish only to be told that i would have to wait for the chicken without checking how long it is going to take with the people preparing the chicken,that it will take 45 minutes. so i parked my car and walked in and my order was ready in 7-8 minutes and there i was served well by Pontsho. I asked for the lady at the drive thru's name or for her to be called forward in which she refused and a shift supervisor by the name of Slyvester came forward was also shocked by this woman's behavior i am really disappoint by it because the two cars behind me left after being told of 45 minutes mean this is ridiculous and really unprofessional behavior by this lady.
