40 mins waiting time at KFC Cullinan

I went to Cullinan KFC and placed an order for all in one at 19:30 tonight the 27th Feb. i only received my order at 20:08 i am shocked and angry that i had to wait for my food for a whole 40 mins. Everything was ready to be packed but they made me wait. My order number was 290. After receiving my order I asked to speak to the manager who didn’t want to come to the front and I eventually left. Very disappointed with the service from the restaurant and I will NEVER EVER set my foot there
