30 minutes to wait for an order prospestourous.....

Last night, after work we wanted to treat my mom visiting after 2 years from Cape town, with a bucket of chicken. We went to Atterbury Kfc Pretoria were we stood 20 munites in the drive through with only 1 car ahead of us. When it was our turn to order the cashier told me we are going to wait 30 minutes for our order. Well this was really the worst service ever, I mean where is your planning, it is weekend treat day for all. What a big dissapointment. You will not see me again nor my family.
