30 minutes for 5 pieces of chicken and awful service!!!

I went to a KFC drive thru in Ficksburg and was told I had to wait 30 minutes for my food. For Just 5 pieces of meat. This isn't even an average waiting time for food in a restaurant. I'm being told that they close at 9 and therefore meals around 20:30 will only be prepared per order!!! Then what's the purpose of being called a fast food restaurant??.
