30 minutes and spilled order

for the very first time and hoping was the very last time seeing such behaviour, I took my Bishop for a meeting in KFC trusting its a place to be in a cold and rainy day.<br> <br> I was the only customer in the shop for about 10-12 min placing a small order for four people and the lady by the name of Zanele was so playful another customer came in after i just placed my order and he was helped which was good, now the lady and her other colleuges were busy by the counter while i was placing my order exchanging cups(cocacola) and drinks on the counter and it took about 30min to get my order being the only customer in the whole shop. the mananger I believe she was sitting in the office not seeing the party going on in the counter, whats sad is that my coffee was cold and one of the cuppucino was not even half in the cup, a Lady by the name of MIMMIE tried to help after I started complaining. and when I spoke to Zanele about this she said theres nothing wrong here and there she was spilling the coffee on my two foldovers. taking again the order to the back for whipping not even changing the packaging.. not forgetting to mention the dirty tables which I cleaned my self since no one is cleaning
