30 Min Wait for ice cream order....

good day. - i was a walk-in customer and waited a full 30 mins for a sundae/ice cream order ,store affected is Pelican park shopping centre , date and time 29 Dec 6:30 pm , <br> <br> other customers orders were completed before mine and they arrived about 10 mins after me. The shop was not busy at all and i had 3 people in Q before me. I asked the Manager on duty 2 questions which she did not answer. she looked at me like i was asking her to do a backflip along with a dumb Question.( not sure if she was the manager , not tag stating manager was visible)<br> <br> i asked how long it takes to complete a ice cream order , instead she looked at the time stamp on my till slip , i asked why my order was not done and why other customers had left before me..I GOT NO ANSWER at all.My ice cream was standing one side half completed an melting somewhat.obviously someone forgot to complete the order , which i would understand...if the store was busy <br> <br> i left the shop with melting ice cream at 7:05...this is NOT my first bad experience at this store , Service there needs to be shaken up ALOT.<br> <br>
