Staff is very unproffesional, drive through intercom is answered like a personal cellphone. I find it unacceptable to have to wait for “fast food” 20 - 30 min when the store is empty. Once the meat is received it is properly drained and fat literally runs through your fingers when you eat. Something needs to be done, we’re tired of accepting **** service as service.
