3 Visits and 3 times stock issues...

My experience at the KFC in Meadowdale is absolutely rediculous... I have been to that KFC 3 times in this month and 3 times I had stock issues. The first time was a Sunday evening at about 8:00 I went there to get ice cream and milkshakes for the family and I was bluntly told by the extremely rude drive through operator that here is no ice cream they have switched the machine off already.... when do you switch your machine off at your peak business hours? Second time I went there on a Thursday afternoon to get a supper and strawberry milkshakes for myself and my wife... again they said bluntly "NO MILKSHAKES" I then said fine I'll take 2 mcflurrys and I got told take coke there is no ice cream.... Then my last experience was the cherry on top..... I went last night (Wednesday the 15th) my wife and I stopped there at around 6:30'to order the new amazing PS crusher and guess what..... to my "surprise" no ice cream again.... and yet another rude and blunt drive through experience.... I will never use KFC Meadowdale again.... This is absolutely unacceptable... if you can't live to the brand standard and stock the store then rather close it down... especially considering that I then drove 5 meters to the Macdonald where I was helped and staff were friendly.....
