3 Hour's for KFC and still waiting

On Sunday 10 November at 19:08 i phoned kfc delivery to place my order for 1 streetwise 2, 1 Zinger burger meal, 1 Colonel burger meal, 5 piece chicken with chips, and R5 added for hope, at 19:54 i recieved a phone call from the store KFC Montana, to explain that they only have 1 drives for the evening and when he returns from a delivery, he will deliver my food, at 21:05 i phoned KFC Delivery again to ask about my food taking 2 hours, they would get back to me about this, it is now 22:04 and i am still waiting for my KFC, my mom of 68 already went to bed, without any food, i think this is absolute nonsense, and the worst service i received ever, if i knew this at 19:03 instead of phoning i would have drove to kfc myself.
