2times unlucky with tasteless KFC from the same store

This is the second time buying from KFC Rivonia Boulevard and their chicken is the worst. Even kids throw it away. It’s tasteless and rubber. There is absolutely no KFC flavour, it tastes worse than any KFC i’ve tasted. I went back after months hoping they learned since its a new store. I never complained before, but now this is not acceptable. KFC must correct this error.
