2nd time passing and no promo available

On 17 Nov 2017, went to Kfc Eldorado Park, upon ordering the promo meal as per the advert viewed same morning, i was told that promo does not exist. Today 28 Nov 2017, i decided on the R99 for 12piece promo. Again i was informed that the promo does not run today, it ended last week Tuesday and will only be available next week Tuesday as per head office instruction. Jabulile the manager informed and ensured me this was as per head office. How can a business advertise a promotion and run it for 1 week on and off the following week. Kindly advise as this does not make business sense. Unhappy KFC customer.
